Jason's focus at LeylandAlliance is on the acquisition and development of retail projects.  He also handles some of the company’s legal matters, including major tenant leasing, acquisitions and dispositions. 

 

In addition to his experience working with LeylandAlliance, Jason has served as the Chief Operating Officer of a major integrated commercial real estate company specializing in acquisition, development, leasing and management of grocery-anchored centers located in the Northeastern and Mid Atlantic United States. Prior thereto, Jason was associated with Wolf Block LLP, a prominent Philadelphia law firm. 

 

Jason, along with his wife and children, volunteer their time for the Sisters charity in Norristown, PA and Jason is active in the Whitpain Recreational Association, where he has coached girls soccer for several years.

 

Jason graduated from the University of Maryland in 1992, Magna Cum Laude, with a B.A. in Government and Politics and received his J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1995.
