Lucy serves a dual role at Leyland, managing accounting, finance, and human resources. Her responsibilities include the coordination of employee benefits and employer insurance, budget development and reporting, cost accounting and analysis, and many other financial tasks. She works closely with the entire staff at both corporate and project levels.

 

Lucy brings an array of experience to Leyland. After operating a self-owned transportation company, she worked for a law firm and then managed a construction company. When Intrawest, a leading resort development company, bought a local ski resort, she worked as finance manager and a marketing manager, prior to joining Leyland. Lucy is a graduate of the Katherine Gibbs School of Business with over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry.
