Monica is responsible for generating sales revenue for the traditional neighborhoods developed by LeylandAlliance. She establishes marketing and sales strategies and manages their execution. The process begins with a review of marketing research and the creation of a marketing plan and branding program. This is followed by the assembly of the sales and marketing team and the implementation of sales processes and organizational structures for each project. Monica works closely with communications and advertising team members to ensure that marketing tactics are in keeping with the branding attributes of each neighborhood.
Monica serves as director of the National Town Builders’ Association and is a member of the Seaside Institute, the Congress for New Urbanism, and the National Association of Homebuilders. She is a graduate of the University of West Florida in Pensacola, Florida.
