On Route 34 in downtown New Haven between Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard and Legion Avenue, Leyland participated in the city's revitalization efforts. This  pedestrian-friendly commercial project is the home of a new Rite Aid pharmacy and The Learning Experience Academy of Early Education.
