There's a bucolic and historic charm to the Village of Warwick. Nestled in the beautiful Hudson Valley, in the midst of apple orchards and dairy farms, Warwick is reminiscent of Norman Rockwell's America. And yet, New York City is just an hour away. Duany Plater-Zyberk & Company has designed this 215-unit traditional neighborhood for active adults. Warwick Grove complements the village's historic Main Street and its attractive mix of shops and restaurants. Working with enlightened local officials, we were able to create New York's first traditional neighborhood zoning ordinance. We are also proud to have donated land to the village for a significant expansion of Memorial Park and for a new village library, both adjacent to Warwick Grove. Single-family homes, townhomes, and condominiums were traditionally designed by some of the nation's top New Urban architects. The homes are flanked by amenities that include a Neighborhood Center, outdoor pool, post office, a series of parks, and conservation land.  Warwick Grove was one of the first national demonstration projects for PATH, a program that incorporates and tests sustainable technologies in home building.
